Warranty & Returns

PROJECT WOODWORKS intend to create the best customer experience for YOU!

To be eligible for a return, you may return only new/unused items discounted less than 25% up to 15 days after item purchased.

Item must be returned with the original packaging in the same condition that you received it.

Item must be received by PROJECT WOODWORKS in order for you to eligible for replacement.

In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition*, we reserve the right to reject return and send the product back to you.

*tear from regular uses, accidental/extreme misusage

In order to complete the return, you are required to fill in the RETURN FORM and send to hello@projectwoodworks.co upfront if you need to make a return, enclosed with the receipt issued by PROJECT WOODWORKS as a proof of purchase.

All shipping expenses for item return is not refundable. However, shipping cost will be borne by PROJECT WOODWORKS if the existing problem is due to our mistake.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We advise that you send the watch with tracking ID in case of loss.

PROJECT WOODWORKS can only replace merchandise bought directly from projectwoodworks.co. If you have purchased our product from an authorized vendor, kindly apply directly to them for any return or replace request. We can, however, replace and repair merchandise purchased from authorized PROJECT WOODWORKS vendor upon verification of the warranty.

The WOODWORKS warranty does not cover:

  • Battery end of life, case, finishes and plating
  • Damage resulting by improper handling , lack of care, accidents or wear and tear
  • Damaged strap by wear and tear
  • Discoloration of light coloured watches and/or components

The WOODWORKS warranty does cover:

  • GTLS detaching from the dial or hands
  • Hands falling off
  • Movement failure (time)
  • Battery failure amid the first 12 months

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@projectwoodworks.co and send your item to: No 22 Jalan Nuri 16, Puchong Selangor 47100, Malaysia.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: No 22 Jalan Nuri 16 Puchong Selangor MY 47170

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 500 Ringgit Malaysia (approximately at US $75), you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
